The Hydglobalasrs Stacker Crane Automated Warehouse project designed for beer storage in Russia is actively under construction. Our team has deployed multiple technical engineers to deliver on-site installation supervision and equipment commissioning. Currently, the entire implementation is advancing smoothly.

Project Site Conditions

The stacker crane ASRS project within the beer warehouse is actively progressing, involving warehouse floor drilling, hoisting the center column frame, and assembling the upper column frame. Three technical engineers alongside a translator remain on standby at the construction site to closely oversee operations and address any unforeseen challenges. Whenever technical complexities emerge, the engineers deliver hands-on operational demonstrations and guidance, while also conducting regular coordination meetings with both the client and the construction crew.

Precautions for Installing Column Frame in Stacker Crane Warehouse

Once the stacker crane system column is fully assembled, the maximum allowable tolerances for both height and width must be strictly maintained within the specified parameters. Prior to hoisting the stacker crane warehouse column frame, the exact positioning and geometric dimensions of the embedded components or pre-set pits must undergo re-measurement to verify complete alignment with the engineering design drawings.
