In today's competitive market, every company needs to maintain its unique advantages and keep pace with modern innovation. Therefore, selecting the best and most appropriate systems is of great importance. Automated storage systems, such as the AS/RS system, the Shuttle-Stacker crane system, and the Four-way Shuttle system, will not only provide company warehouses with much more advanced storage solutions, but also deliver long-term benefits. Although slightly higher costs may be incurred in the short run, the economic savings in the long run are immeasurable. For instance, with a fully automated storage system in a freezer, there is no need to purchase forklifts or leave the freezer door open every day, which significantly minimizes air conditioning costs.

To demonstrate, test, and meet the growing requirements of warehouse storage, Hydglobalasrs invested approximately US$3 million to build a 40-meter-high lab covering a 3800-square-meter area, which is a rack clad warehouse supported by an automated storage system.

Drawing on previous experience from completing a 40-meter-high AS/RS in Nanjing in 2015, Hydglobalasrs understands how to construct this lab effectively. The objective is to continuously improve our automated storage systems while providing better demonstrations and making full use of the factory warehouses.

This year, Hydglobalasrs is building 4 rack clad automated warehouses simultaneously: one with a shuttle-carrier system in Beijing, one with an ASRS in Bangladesh, one with an ASRS in Chile, and the final one in Hydglobalasrs's own factory, which will be equipped with an ASRS and a 4-way shuttle system.

We believe that the storage systems designed and manufactured by Hydglobalasrs through countless tests in the lab will bring a new experience to warehouse operations, along with greater benefits and lower maintenance.
